As part of the children's preventive consultation as a package, the subscription provides you with:
- Monthly consultation until one year of age - preventive examination with all the necessary control measurements of the child and follow-up of neuropsychological and physical development, nutrition and raising growth problems.
- One consultation every three months for ages one to four.
The parameters of the subscription are described in a special contract and the child is registered with an individual subscription number in our electronic system.
All information related to the child’s illnesses and development is stored electronically and is available to the family upon request.
